Our Story
Plenty the Bakery is located in the Finger Lakes region of New York State amid the beautiful Bristol hills. This little gem of a bakery is owned and operated by husband and wife duo, Michelle and Brendan Halloran. The couple’s quest for a slower, more intentional lifestyle gave way to this true, artisanal bakery. Each item is meticulously crafted using the finest ingredients…often locally derived.
Michelle is a classically trained chef who attained her degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in the Hudson Valley. She has graced many a kitchen in retail establishments and private chef gigs, as well.
